I know these are unrelated to the topic, but if you could help that would be amazing. What could cause this? It's more of an annoyance than anything, but if there's a simple solution to this that would be awesome. Unrelated to this topic, I have noticed that during cutscenes, the audio will pause for a second, leaving a lag between the cutscene itself and the audio. Is there a way to fix this? Now, when I had the game installed on my old computer, it did somewhat the same thing, but you could fix it by going to the menu two or three times. What happens is the mouse when in the menu will scroll through the tabs will highlight them as if you could click them, but you cannot actually click them. When these games are installed on Windows 7 or a newer OS, there might be a problem with mouse clicking and moving ( mouse look) through the game. Since GTA III, Vice City and San Andreas all use the same engine, they might share the same bugs. That’s usually the case with mouse functionality. Still, they sometimes needs to be pushed a little bit to function properly. These games still works very well under Windows 7, 8 and even 10. Old Grand Theft Auto series are still quite popular these days, especially GTA San Andreas.
